When will my order arrive?
Orders are prepared in 1 to 3 business days and then take 5 to 8 business days in transit, so most arrive within 6 to 11 business days. Our daily cut-off is 5:00 PM ET, and you get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
How can I pay?
We accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa, Mastercard, and Shop Pay, all secured with SSL encryption.
How do returns work?
You have 30 days from delivery to return unused items in their original packaging. Email info@avellemalibu.com with your order number and we will guide you. Return shipping is paid by the customer, and there are never restocking fees.
When will I get my refund?
Within 7 business days after your return is received and inspected, to your original payment method.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes, exchanges are available on request. Email us and let us know what you would prefer.
