If something isn't right, returns at Avelle Malibu are simple and fair. Here is everything you need to know.

Return window

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging. We never charge restocking fees.

How to start a return

Email info@avellemalibu.com with your order number and we will guide you through each step. Please wait for our confirmation before sending anything back. Return shipping is paid by the customer, and a tracked service is recommended.

Exchanges

Prefer a different piece? Let us know when you get in touch and we will help arrange an exchange where possible.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or not as ordered, email us right away with your order number and a photo, and we will make it right.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 7 business days to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take a few extra days to appear.
